No 1 IPPONME.
| Defender: Right Stance. Move back adopting Right Shikodatchi - Deflect first punch by bringing Right arm to side of head with fist to side of ear. Move Left foot forward and slightly to left -Twist into Right Neko Datchi deflecting the second punch with the outer edge of the right forearm whilst striking Chudan Tsuki with the Left hand, Ippon-Ken. |

No 2 NIHONME.
| Defender: Right Stance. First defence as No 1. Second defence, Move Left foot diagonally left away from kick. Bring right leg in to support left knee - Block kick with Right Gedan Barai -Place Right foot behind attackers right foot Twisting clockwise -Strike Haito to Kidney and Tettsui to ribs. |
No 3 SANBONME.
| Defender: Right Stance. First defence as No 1. Second defence, Move back towards Attacker adopting zenkutsudatchi Blocking the kick by striking to the inside of the thigh of the leg with the left hand using Ippon-Ken and punching simultaneously the centre of the attackers chest. |
No 4 YOHONME.
| Defender: Right stance. First Defence as No 1. Second Defence, Deflect second punch with Left Shuto Uchi Uke, continuing movement along arm. Return along attackers arm toward Shoulder. Strike with Ippon-Ken to armpit with Right fist. |
No 5 GOHONME.
| Defender: Right Stance. First defence as No 1.

| Defender: Right Stance. First defence as No 1. Second defence, Move forward diagonally Right -strike Shuto to neck of attacker whilst blocking the kick with the front of Wrist of the Left Hand. |
No 8 HAPPONME.
| Defender: Right Stance. First Defence, deflect punch with Chudan Uchi Uke. Second defence, Move Slightly back, deflect second punch with back of Right hand, Koken -Punch to Left Knee of Attacker - Slide toward strike to stomach with rear of Right elbow -Twist clockwise into zenkutsudatchi and strike double Ippon-Ken to the chest. |
No 9 KYUHONME.
| Defender: Right Stance First defence as No 8. Second defence as No 1 With the exception that block is Jodan and the punch is to the neck. |
No 10 JIPPONME
| Defender: Right Stance. First defence as No 8. Second defence, Deflect punch with back of Right hand, sliding hand along attackers arm. Return hand along arm and strike Shuto to collar bone. Strike Haisho to groin with left hand. Step through under Attackers extended arm turning clockwise to face same way as attacker. Grip shoulder with right hand lift inner thigh with Left hand and bending forward throw attacker over Right shoulder to floor. |
